When the bite goes small, the Small Fry delivers. This compact-profile spoon matches the size of young-of-year alewife, emerald shiners, and juvenile smelt — the micro-forage that kokanee, smaller trout, and panfish target exclusively during certain seasons. Despite its downsized body, it generates the same 0.65 volts of galvanic current as every full-sized LureCharge spoon. Same science, smaller package.

Post-frontal conditions. Ultra-clear water. Fish keyed on tiny forage after a baitfish spawn. These are Small Fry situations. When larger profiles get ignored, this compact voltage-tuned galvanic spoon matches what fish are actually eating while adding the bioelectric advantage that no other small spoon offers. The galvanic field may matter even more at this size — small natural baitfish produce proportionally weaker bioelectric signals, so the 0.65V output of the Small Fry actually represents a stronger-than-natural attractant relative to the forage it imitates.

Kokanee anglers: this is your spoon. Kokanee are plankton and micro-forage feeders that respond to small, flashy presentations trolled at 1.0–1.8 mph. The electrical charge adds a triggering dimension that's especially valuable for these often-finicky fish.

Also deadly for spring brown trout on light tackle and early-season rainbow trout in stocked lakes.

Stainless steel. Ball bearing swivel. Made in North America.

As you know Al, Peter and I sell your Lurecharge products at Kitty Coleman Provincial Park on Vancouver Island for the third year now.  With all the pretty new spoon colours I picked the 4.0 army truck for my choice to start out the year. Well it didn’t let me down.’' I caught a 16 pd chinook within an hour.  So bragging my fish to the whole world, I made a sale to Mike (the guy up the road) and he went out three days later and caught a halibut, a pacific cod and a nice spring. Mike then purchase a second 4.0 army truck and took his dad out the following day and wouldn’t you know it ANOTHER halibut and a chinook. This is unheard of here. We might get three halibut the whole year.  Now we are selling out of this lure. I also used a lemon lime 4.0 last year with great success so hats off to you Al, keep up the great charge...ps Here are the pictures to prove it!
