The Marmalade is fall in a spoon. Warm orange over cream — the amber tones of September water, fallen leaves, and the golden-sided baitfish that staging chinook gorge on before entering Great Lakes tributaries. This pattern was designed for the autumn bite window when the biggest chinook of the year stack up at river mouths and feed with reckless aggression. The 0.65 volt galvanic current makes them commit faster.

Fall chinook are biologically driven to feed — they're building energy reserves for the spawning run, and they strike with a ferocity that the rest of the season can't match. The Marmalade's warm orange flash is a documented trigger in tannic-stained tributary plumes where these fish stage. The galvanic charge reaches them through water that's often carrying enough dissolved minerals from fall rains to conduct the bioelectric field effectively — stained water is better water for voltage-tuned lures.

Brown trout anglers: the Marmalade is also a fall specialist for you. Browns push shallow in October and November, feeding aggressively on the same warm-toned forage species before their own spawning period. The combination of natural amber color and galvanic charge is particularly effective for night-feeding browns in rivers and near-shore lake structure.

Troll at 1.5–2.5 mph. Target 20–60 feet near tributary mouths.

Stainless steel. Ball bearing swivel. Made in North America.

As you know Al, Peter and I sell your Lurecharge products at Kitty Coleman Provincial Park on Vancouver Island for the third year now.  With all the pretty new spoon colours I picked the 4.0 army truck for my choice to start out the year. Well it didn’t let me down.’' I caught a 16 pd chinook within an hour.  So bragging my fish to the whole world, I made a sale to Mike (the guy up the road) and he went out three days later and caught a halibut, a pacific cod and a nice spring. Mike then purchase a second 4.0 army truck and took his dad out the following day and wouldn’t you know it ANOTHER halibut and a chinook. This is unheard of here. We might get three halibut the whole year.  Now we are selling out of this lure. I also used a lemon lime 4.0 last year with great success so hats off to you Al, keep up the great charge...ps Here are the pictures to prove it!
